Dwayne (born 1997) was a professional thief called the Gentlemen Bandit. He stole an armored car, but was forced to sink it when Chomps the alligator got in his way. To search for and retrive the car, he took up a job as a waiter nearby. Dwayne disguised himself as the swamp monster to keep people away from the swamp.
